Design, develop, and maintain software: Use creativity and technical skills to design, develop, and maintain computer software for an organization. Apply software engineering principles to analyze user requirements. Test and debug software: Test and debug software until it works reliably. Maintain and improve existing software: Monitor, maintain, and improve existing software. Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
