Job Description

The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating new sales and growing the Lokal App business through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through outbound and inbound calls
  ● Qualify leads and determine their needs
  ● Present the Lokal App product or service to potential customers
  ● Close sales
  ● Provide excellent customer service

● Track and report on sales performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  ● 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital media or technology industry
  ● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Excellent phone and email etiquette

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  ● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
