Job Description
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- Proficient experience in managing cloud (AWS is must) servers - Auto scaling, fundamental understanding of security management, performance monitoring, backup automation
- Knowledge and experience in the management of CD/CI tools such as Jenkins
- Understanding of Office 365 basics plus advanced concepts - mail auditing, filtering, Spam prevention etc.
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are needed for the position
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Decision making skills.
