IT Team Leader at Day Translations, Inc.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
Proficient experience in managing cloud (AWS is must) servers - Auto scaling, fundamental understanding of security management, performance monitoring, backup automation
Knowledge and experience in the management of CD/CI tools such as Jenkins
Understanding of Office 365 basics plus advanced concepts - mail auditing, filtering, Spam prevention etc.
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are needed for the position
Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Decision making skills.
