Job Description
As Head of Brand & Communication within the Marketing department, you are responsible for the JobTeaser’s brand positioning and visibility amongst its main targets (students, corporates, universities), monitoring and optimizing metrics such as audience, engagement and brand awareness.
You have a strong focus on building and rolling out the proper communication and editorial strategy to attract, nourish and animate our targets. And you exemplify the brand within JobTeaser to ensure that all messages and creatives are aligned and consistent with the core brand guidelines.
As a consequence, you will work closely with other marketing teams on the one hand, but also all teams within JobTeaser, such as Sales, University, Product teams, and be the single point of contact for brand and communication topics within the company to ensure that all stakeholders are well aware and aligned with the brand & communication strategy.
The position is mainly a global/headquarter position, with a strong focus on France, driving most of the business today and Germany where we have strong ambitions in terms of development.
What does this mean on a daily basis?
- You roll-out our Branding strategy and support its evolutions if needed. You make sure that it’s consistent, differentiating and that it will support our business ambition to become the European leader of GenZ career initiation.
- You make sure that it’s properly executed on all our branding streams:
- Management of transversal communication projects
- Content creation and production
- Social media
- PR
- This implies supervising and guiding your team on the following dimensions for all our targets (Students, Corporate and Universities)
- Creative Direction
- Communication and editorial strategy
- Content production
- You animate the 360° communication plan that aligns messages towards all targets (students, corporates, universities). To implement the 360 communication plan, you lead the team of “content owners”, producing the contents that will work closely with the “media owners”, promoting the content in the Performance Marketing team. Your challenge will be to make sure that we find the right message for the right target on the right media.
- Also you animate the Video team in charge of producing all the videos that we sell to our corporate clients. Here your challenge will be to guarantee the profitability of this activity which is managed with an independent P&L.
- You guarantee the excellent management of all budget and production aspects, to make sure that we are able to deliver the most value in the most efficient and cost effective way.
- Content and video production budget (volume, quality, planning)
- Scalability and mutualisation of approaches (providers, formats, reporting, sharing best practices) between geographies, with a strong focus on Germany at first
- Development of the team in terms of resources (hiring) and capabilities.
- Management of all providers and agencies (marketing agencies, video producers, freelancers…)

Qualifications
YOU HAVE
- Min 8 years of professional experience in digital marketing and communication as Global Brand Manager, Communication Manager, preferably having worked on the Gen Z
- Strong experience in managing creative profiles
- Very strong capability in identifying and designing the right message for different types of targets (B2C and B2B), and turning communication angles into specific hooks for different media (emails, banners, videos, press release…)
- Strong appetite for content creation (texts, images, videos), as a creative and resourceful person
- Action / Goal oriented
- Good communication skills and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in transverse manners (team player), get the stakeholders to buy in your projects, collect inputs, coordinate and communicate on the progress of your projects
- Languages: English mandatory, second language is a big plus (especially German)
- Agility and adaptability
- Autonomy and Business acumen
- Team spirit and humor
- An experience in video production could be a plus
