Job Description

We need a creative professional to join a high-energy team to help us attract and retain customers. You’ll work closely with marketing managers, content writers, SEO professionals, graphics designers, and account managers to drive cross-channel marketing campaigns.

Job responsibilities:

  • Management of paid campaigns including budget forecasting, keyword research, implementation of strategy, account structure, daily bidding optimization oversight, performance against KPIs, development of ad copy with content manager, and landing page recommendations;
  • Work closely with customer personas across all paid media platforms;
  • Conduct keyword research as input to paid digital programs;
  • Develop audiences for remarketing, display, and paid social campaigns;
  • Write effective, compelling, and on-brand ad copy for paid digital ads;
  • Create, set up, monitor, and manage large-scale, performance-based paid digital campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Bing, Linkedin, Facebook);
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance and company goals;
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Digital Marketing Manager based on paid digital program results;
  • Effectively manage budgets across several channels and campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and throughout the organization on areas including website analytics, landing page development and optimization, creative design and copy, social media, SEO, and internal communications.


Job requirements:

  • 2-4 years of full-time experience managing Google Ads;
  • Experience managing paid search budgets similar in size to Softeq required;
  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing, advertising, and campaign management;
  • Strong knowledge of SEM best practices;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Result-oriented approach;
  • Good English skills (both written and oral);
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including knowing when and how to use intermediate formulas and features to problem solve or analyze data (e.g. vlookup, index match, sumifs, countifs, sum filter, pivot tables);
  • Candidates with Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, knowledge of web analytics, and experience with conversion rate optimization will be preferred;
  • Knowledge of German and/or Russian will be a plus.
