As our Enterprise Application Trainer - Adobe Workfront, you will…
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Work with colleagues to plan, schedule, and facilitate multiple training programs
- Coordinate team(s) to maintain a rotating schedule of training facilitators
- Assist with Train the Trainer programs and sessions to ensure high-quality trainers
- Work with client leaders to align training programs and strategy to evolving team needs
- Build comprehensive knowledge of vendor product
- Partner with SMEs to continuously validate training content, keeping both training concepts and collateral up to date
- Collect feedback from trainees, analyzing and reporting on the data to drive results and learning effectiveness
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 3 -5 years of experience developing and implementing training goals and strategies, based on broader organizational goals
- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to senior leadership
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of a technical, complex product
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects on tight timelines
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills are a must
- Human Capital Management industry knowledge preferred
