SUMMARY

SQUIRE is seeking a problem solver who is both detail-oriented and skilled in data analysis to join our growing Revenue Operations team. Your role will involve making real-time performance data understandable and actionable. You'll work closely with company executives, gaining deep insights into SaaS performance metrics. Your expertise will be key in creating advanced reports and analytics, helping us and our leaders quickly and effectively spot new growth opportunities. As a vital member of our team, you'll become the trusted source for all Go-To-Market reporting and insights. This role is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the US.

REPORTS TO

This position reports to the Vice President, Revenue Operations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue data, success and product metrics, and financial reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect, validate, and maintain customer and revenue-related data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast, onboarding, success and customer service metrics. Present findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven insights.
  • Develop Insights: You not only report on what is needed and requested. You intuitively find interesting insights relevant to the business and see patterns in the numbers no one else sees.
  • Eye for Design: You understand how to represent data optimally for business action. You care as much about how you communicate the information (and its impact) as you do about the accuracy of the data.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue-related processes and improve operational efficiency. Work cross-functionally to implement process changes, automation, and best practices. Continuously monitor process performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with teams across Squire. Align revenue strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Cadence Optimization: Develop an in-depth understanding of best practices for effective cadences, including the perfect timing, ideal frequency, and most impactful outreach methods, and apply these strategies to drive better results.
  • Continuous Improvement Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on various cadence strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to push for improved Customer Success, performance, and efficiency continually.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Math, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success operations, FPA, Investment Banking, operations consulting, or a related highly analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills and expert proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Looker and Tableau)
  • Proactive and solution-forward, bias for action
  • Experience working closely with GTM systems (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, ChurnZero/Gainsight, Pendo, Jira) is a big plus
  • Strong attention to detail, with a history of producing defensible and scalable reporting in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set realistic expectations and deliver on them
  • Ability to document data models, business processes, and visual workflows
  • Deep understanding with and knowledge of forecasting models, tools and processes, including capacity planning modeling, regression (multivariate and time-based), and linear algebra for operations
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas simply and effectively
