Brief Overview:

As a key member of Amwell Medical Group (AMG), the Provider Sourcer supports the recruitment of high-quality clinicians across various service lines including Urgent Care, Psychiatry, Therapy, Sleep Medicine, virtual Primary Care and Weight Management.

The Sourcer will be responsible for driving new candidate traffic to AMG and through the onboarding process to support monthly recruiting targets. The Sourcer will follow up with candidates through the onboarding process and towards their first patient visit. The Sourcer will utilize various tools including Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, OneDrive, amongst others to document and track accordingly.

You will work on the Recruiting team helping to support the Physician Recruiter and Provider Recruitment Manager. You will report to the Provider Recruitment Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Creates job postings and maintains job boards as well as responding to candidates in a timely manner
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls with physicians and other clinicians, daily
  • Assists with sourcing candidates for Recruiting team through various job boards, and cold sourcing
  • Acts as the clinicians' first point of contact via phone or email regarding questions or requests
  • Utilizes Excel and Salesforce trackers allowing the team to capture information and clinician feedback
  • Supporting the Provider Recruiting team responses in the case queue
  • The ability to time manage and stay on tasks with limited supervision

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal communications ability, including clear writing skills, and phone skills
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • General understanding of computer functionality including how to save, find, and move documents stored on a shared drive
  • Strong organizational skills

The typical hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00. The actual hourly wage offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role.
