Job Description
Since 2015 Sweatcoin and now Sweat Economy is working on making the world more physically active. With more than 100 million registered users, thousands of partners and a proven ability to make people move more (+20%) Sweat Economy has already become the largest onramp in web3 history. We now working on turning our token - $SWEAT - into the principal unit of physical activity value and building an economy of movement around it.
As a Recruitment Coordinator your mission will be to create the best candidate experience in Europe, you will be a crucial part in managing all of our recruitment process smoothly and a key contributor to our Talent Teams success.

Commercial work experience in HR for more than 6 months at a startup or scale up (preferably in a Recruitment Role)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the confidence to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth communication between all the recruitment stakeholders: introductions, scheduling, feedback sharing, etc.

Being the main first point of contact for candidates: CV screening, initial communication (e-mailing, messaging), initial interviews, replying to ad-hoc questions, scheduling meetings, follow up, etc.

Keeping an eye on the necessary data being up to date: ATS, job specs, feedback, etc.

Come up with new ideas on how we can optimize and improve candidate experience and recruitment process

Ad hoc operational tasks that extend beyond the standard process
