As a Solutions Manager - Engineering Services, you have the opportunity to challenge the status quo, by aiding the growth and defining the future of Cloud Operations for Enterprise Organizations. Cloud has driven organizational change and it continues at a rapid pace, but Cloud Operations Management has been slow to evolve. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of defining the next chapter of Cloud Management and Operations spanning traditional Enterprise workloads and Cloud Native deployment patterns. The successful candidate for this position will evangelize the benefits of Modern Managed Services to drive continuous, iterative improvement to a customers' cloud environment. They will identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, and actively assist the Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Client Partners, and Service Delivery Managers in solving customer problems.
Expertise you Bring
- Experience with end client service delivery through Professional Services Engagements or a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Thorough understanding of Amazon programs such as Amazon Managed Services (AMS) delivery model
- Knowledge of cloud architecture fundamentals
- Working knowledge of Cloud Native deployment patterns
- Solid conceptual understanding of Cloud Native operational models, including containerization, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
- High level knowledge of security concepts and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC-2, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR)
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience maintaining and managing business relationships with 3rd party software and services
- Knowledge of and demonstrated expertise in enterprise service offerings
- Highly developed communication skills
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and practices
- Strong understanding of a Software Development Lifecycle Process and modern technologies that can be leveraged to accelerate the delivery process
- Must possess excellent written and verbal skills and ability to create and confidently deliver presentations.
- Current AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional; Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification; or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification preferred
- Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Software Development preferred
- 8+ years in Professional Service Delivery, Cloud Operations Management, Cloud Solutions Architecture, Cloud

Job Requirements
- Assist Account Executives, Service Delivery Managers, Client Partners, and Solutions Architects in pre-sales activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Engineering Services
- Be intimately familiar with the process, steps, tools, and methods, Ollion undertakes when delivering Engineering Services to a client’s environment
- Be the primary point of contact to manage the APAC Amazon Managed Services (AMS) / Ollion relationship from a business perspective
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Client Partners to identify opportunities in which Engineering Services and Security Engineering Services would be an appropriate solution for clients.
- Proactively identify cross-sales opportunities for solutions delivered by other Practices to deliver high-level recommendation and warm handover.
- Assist Solutions Architects and Account Executives with the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFP’s)
- Work collaboratively with the Engineering Services, Service Delivery Teams to ….
- Continuously develop and deliver training for Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Service Delivery Managers, and Client Partners on the evolution and enhancements to the Engineering Services Offerings
- Work with the Practice Director, Solutions Managers, and Marketing in the creation of collateral to support the sales process. This includes contributing content for developing sales presentations, client facing presentations, blogs, data sheets and additional materials which would accelerate sales and pipeline development
- Collaborate with Engineering Services Leadership, Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Client Partners and Service Delivery Managers on opportunities to enhance the offering through providing client use cases and requests to make strategic recommendations for future solutions
- Evangelize Ollion Solutions and capabilities across the cloud computing community and on social media platforms
- Work collaboratively with Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Engineers, Solutions Architects, Account Executives, and Practice Directors to create new, scalable and robust offerings
