About the role

Our team continues to grow, and we seek a creative producer to join our marketing team as a Full-stack Developer who will play a pivotal role in our technology team, contributing to our web applications' design, development, and maintenance while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

The match candidate should have a strong understanding of web development technologies, be proficient in front-end and back-end languages, and stay updated on industry best practices.

You will actively participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and work towards continuously improving our technology stack. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse platforms and contribute to the growth and innovation of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative features and functionalities into our platforms, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Develop and optimize our sales funnels in different localisations, following industry best practices to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize our platforms and funnel performance utilizing data-driven insights and establish and manage comprehensive event tracking mechanisms, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to measure the effectiveness of our digital initiatives.

• Implement and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes to maintain high software development standards.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of engineering processes, code, and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and future development efforts.

• Manage, build/integrate and maintain server-side components and RESTfull API’s. Built schemas and managed database design and querying.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, NodeJS, NextJS, NextUI, and Tailwind

• Knowledge in HTML, CSS (SCSS), and a deep understanding of web UI technologies, specifically React, TypeScript, Redux, and i18net.

• Good grasp of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and a solid understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.

• Understanding of Flux architecture and knowledge of Webpack.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) and experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.

• React Native & React Query
