The Role

As a Technical Lead, experienced in migration projects, security in Payments and Financial domain, you will play a pivotal role in our organizations technology initiatives. You will lead and guide cross-functional and distributed teams, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of IT solutions. Your expertise in developing payments products, combined with your proficiency in J2EE/Microsoft technologies, will be critical in maintaining our commitment to the product roadmap.

What Youll Do:
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution.
• Drive the design and development adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Payments to strengthen our product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align project scope and roadmap with business goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project and technical risks.
• Present technical solutions and address inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Work closely with QA team for Defect Management, Development Manager, Testing Metrics, and Test Repository to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Talents youll bring:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven 10+ years experience in leading Payment Development/Migration projects
• Back-end Java/J2EE Development with Spring Framework, API development/REST services
• PostgreSQL experience
• Expertise in resolving PCI DSS and OWASP findings
• Cloud Development, AWS a plus
• Agile methodology, Azure DevOps a plus
• Strong team leading skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to align technology with business goals

The base salary range for this roles listed level is currently $75,000 and $150,000. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members and alignment with market data.
