Product Manager at CareLinx Inc
Job Description
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in building online/mobile products, ideally in the health-tech/ consumer space.
- Track record of thinking outside the box and shipping creative solutions to meet customer's problems.
- Strong sense of UX and attention to UI details to deliver delightful user experiences.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently with diverse audiences including management, engineering, service advisors, customers, and partners.
- Self-motivated, resourceful with a resilient “Can-Do!” attitude. Can tap on the team to brainstorm on solution, but can also be an independent problem solver when needed.
- Flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup with an evolving business environment.
- Experience working in a 100% remote position & comfortable working with a distributed, international team.
- Experience with or willingness to learn the following tools: Sketch/Zeplin (design), Lucidchart (flow charts), Google Analytics, Google docs/sheets/slides, Chart.io (data), Intercom (customer campaign/messaging), Jira (project tracking)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
