5+ years of hands-on product management experience in building online/mobile products, ideally in the health-tech/ consumer space.
Track record of thinking outside the box and shipping creative solutions to meet customer's problems.
Strong sense of UX and attention to UI details to deliver delightful user experiences.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently with diverse audiences including management, engineering, service advisors, customers, and partners.
Self-motivated, resourceful with a resilient “Can-Do!” attitude. Can tap on the team to brainstorm on solution, but can also be an independent problem solver when needed.
Flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup with an evolving business environment.
Experience working in a 100% remote position & comfortable working with a distributed, international team.
Experience with or willingness to learn the following tools: Sketch/Zeplin (design), Lucidchart (flow charts), Google Analytics, Google docs/sheets/slides, Chart.io (data), Intercom (customer campaign/messaging), Jira (project tracking)
