What are we looking for?
- University Degree.
- Relevant customer success, customer service, or account management experience
- Communications abilities in English+Spanish.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other)
