Team Lead y BackEnd Developer

We're looking for a hands-on and growth-minded engineer to join our team as a key contributor to our backend architecture and development practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations who is also interested in evolving into a leadership role over time.

What You'll Do

● Design and develop robust backend services using PHP and Laravel, hosted on AWS.

● Work with modern infrastructure patterns.

● Help define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automations, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.

● Contribute to testing strategies, maintaining code quality and reliability.

● Lead on software architecture decisions, balancing scalability and maintainability.

● Provide technical leadership within the team.

● Work closely with Product and Engineering peers in an Agile, product-driven environment.
