RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage client communication and relationships for content and creative projects.
- Oversee the delivery of content across channels, including websites, blogs, videos, SEO, and social media.
- Work with strategists and creatives to develop campaign ideas, pitch decks, and content strategies.
- Turn client briefs into clear plans that reflect brand voice, audience needs, and business goals.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and developers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Create and manage timelines, track progress, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Review and edit content to ensure it meets brand standards and is error-free.
- Monitor content performance and share insights to help improve results.
- Spot opportunities to improve or expand content and campaign offerings.
- Stay updated on digital trends and advise clients on new content ideas and formats.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in account management, content strategy, or digital marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong background in managing content and creative projects across different formats and channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear and confident communicator who can build strong client relationships.
- Able to align content with business goals and user needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong editing and quality control skills.
- Familiar with content performance tools like Google Analytics or SEO platforms.
