We will count on you to:
Develop creative and impactful solutions to transformation projects.
Integrate different fields of knowledge (communication, strategy, innovation, HR, digital) to develop frameworks and transformation journeys with clients
Build and develop strong business relationships with clients
Manage and develop transformation projects, organizational design, work redesign and cultural change, talent development, compensation, etc.
Contribute to Project team development and skills
What you need to have:
Professional experience of more than 8 years in similar projects will be valued: organizational design projects and its different streams like — structure, roles and responsibilities, governance, achieved through benchmarking, restructuring, organizational data analytics, strategic analysis, etcÂ
Experience as a Project Manager: exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Ability to adapt to various people and working styles under tight deadlines.
Excellent leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.
Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.
High English proficiency.
The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills as well as extraordinary collaboration skills.
Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.
