Business Development Representative
At the core of Mirego’s growth, the Business Development Representative plays a key role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. As the first point of contact with prospects, you will build strong, engaging relationships while effectively communicating the value of Mirego’s solutions. Your primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team by deeply understanding potential clients’ needs and aligning those needs with Mirego’s offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct strategic research, email campaigns, and phone outreach to identify and prospect potential clients, leveraging CRM tools.
- Qualify leads by thoroughly assessing their needs and demonstrating how Mirego can provide value, all while maintaining high levels of prospecting activity.
- Advance qualified opportunities through the pipeline by collaborating with the team on needs assessment and crafting tailored service proposals.
- Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of calls or lead conversion rates, and contribute to refining prospecting processes.
- Analyze and report on the performance of prospecting campaigns, offering actionable recommendations to optimize results.
- Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and webinars to build connections and enhance brand visibility.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A minimum of 5 years in business development, prospecting, or sales within the digital services sector.
- A solid understanding of digital ecosystems, including web and mobile platforms, as well as their associated constraints.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in both French and English.
- Proven ability to quickly establish trust-based connections and identify business opportunities.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding prospecting targets, being results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and proficiency with prospecting platforms like LinkedIn.
- Skill in analyzing market data and crafting targeted messaging for specific segments.
- Ability to manage a high volume of prospecting activities while maintaining consistent quality.
