Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees & internal customers regarding HR and Finance inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses or directing them to the appropriate internal resources.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR and Finance-related documentation.
  • Support and Handle our live operations channels (Chat & Phone)
  • Analyze Data insights to improve processes and enhance the customer's experience
  • Follow up on service now tickets
  • Support live channels (phone, chat, e-mail)

The LEGO Group Business Service Operations (BSO) is part of the Global established shared service center (BSO) that delivers HR and Finance services to the LEGO Group from 6 locations; Mexico, Kladno, Singapore, Billund, China & Vietnam. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in Service Desk or Shared Services.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for talking and online chatting with employees and for providing support.
  • Service minded teammate who enjoys working in a diverse team.
  • Fast learner who can cope with dynamic work environment with peaks and lively periods, and provides consistent experience with human touch.
  • Problem solver who takes initiative to innovate and brings ideas to improve.
  • Fully Bilingual
