Requirements

• 7+ years of UX design experience
• 2–3 years in a management or lead role
• Strong visual, interaction, and information design skills
• Excellent cross-functional leadership
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Curious about AI and design tools
• Skilled communicator
• Experience in SaaS, content management, or revenue enablement platforms (a plus)
