đź’Ľ The Role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Account Executive to help us launch and expand our E-Invoicing presence in the DACH market. You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities with ERP providers, Accounting Software vendors, and B2B platforms.
We want someone who knows how to sell, but also knows how to work smart. In this role, you will leverage modern sales technologies and AI tools to streamline your prospecting, personalize your outreach, and minimize administrative busywork. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams, contributing to go-to-market initiatives for this new product line and shaping how we position our offering in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Lead Outbound Sales: Identify, reach out to, and qualify high-potential prospects in the ERP and Software space. You will use AI-driven tools to research accounts deeply and personalize your outreach at scale.
- Own the Early Stages: Manage the sales pipeline and nurture relationships with leads from first contact to qualification, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Smart Market Research: Segment the DACH region to uncover new opportunities for E-Invoicing integration, utilizing AI assistants to rapidly synthesize market trends and gather account intelligence.
- Collaborate & Optimize: Work closely with product and marketing on outbound campaigns and customer messaging. You will actively use generative AI to A/B test outreach copy, refine messaging, and improve our tooling processes.
- Automate CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in our CRM, leaning on automation and AI note-takers to keep your data clean with minimal manual entry.

- Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation with a proven track record of generating pipeline and meeting outreach targets.
- Tech & AI Fluency: Experience working in fast-paced environments (ideally startup, scaleup, or SaaS) with a modern sales stack. You actively embrace AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI-enhanced CRMs) to make your daily workflows faster and more effective.
- Curiosity: You are interested in how tech products work and can quickly grasp technical value propositions (especially regarding APIs or finance tech).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication. You know how to craft a compelling message and hold a room's attention.
- Languages: Fluent English; any other European language is a strong plus.
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and collaborative.
