📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize work by OKRs and outcomes.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Define and track product metrics to guide prioritization and impact.
• Own the user experience and partner with Design to ensure usability and quality.
• Be the connective tissue across Engineering, Sales, and CS around a single product vision.
• Write and maintain core product specs for early cycles to set the standard.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in Product Management shipping complex B2B SaaS.
• Experience in data/analytics platforms, segmentation, data enrichment, ML.
• Builder mindset; scrappy environments; prefer nimble over large corporate.
• Thrive in high-growth environments; build processes from scratch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to command room.
• Experience in regulated markets is a plus; must be able to work legally in the U.S.
