📋 Description

• Admin support for VP of Unscripted and VP of Film (calendar, travel, expenses)
• Support development and production workflows for both teams
• Assist with talent, agency, and partner communications; rolling calls
• Track industry trends, submissions, and key deadlines
• Be a glue—anticipate needs and keep desks running smoothly
• Occasional support for studio-wide initiatives and events

• Handle projects for both VPs with discretion and confidentiality
• Be sharp, scrappy, and solutions-oriented; proactive
• Passion for film, TV, and entertainment; stay current with trends
• Communicate clearly with all levels of stakeholders
• Experience at an agency or studio supporting multiple executives
