Job Description

📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to retain and grow investment
  • Build executive relationships with President/Provost/CEO levels
  • Serve as strategic advisor and communicate Civitas value
  • Lead renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives within accounts
  • Oversee the Success Plan and ensure timely execution and ROI
  • Track contracts and health metrics in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 12+ years in EdTech or US higher education
  • Comfortable delivering executive reviews to AVP/VP/C-suite
  • Confident challenging customers and escalating issues early
  • Proactive problem solving; multitask 15-20 accounts
  • Experience with Google Suite and cross-functional coordination
