- Be a founding SDR member; shape the outreach motion at Dovetail.
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation via multi-channel outreach.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and AE on messaging and ABM campaigns.
- Consult with prospects; uncover pain points; articulate AI-first value.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Clay, Mixmax, and Sales Navigator.
- Document repeatable outreach processes and share learnings to scale.
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years outbound prospecting in B2B SaaS; early-stage/scale-up; Notion, Figma, or Atlassian a plus.
- Enterprise-awareness; navigate complex account maps with multiple stakeholders.
- Multi-threaded outreach across email, phone, social, and video; trigger-based campaigns.
- Tech stack fluency: CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce); prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo); sequence builders (Mixmax, Outreach).
- Analytical and operational mindset; use data to guide decisions; track KPIs.
- Clear communication; empathy; articulate value around the customer context.
