📋 Description

• CEO execution support and strategic partnerships
• Own end-to-end strategic projects
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured plans with scope and metrics
• Drive cross-team execution and ensure decisions translate into action
• Build dashboards, templates, reporting, and operating cadences
• This position is fully on-site at our Geneva office

🎯 Requirements

• SaaS/tech ops experience, scaling during growth
• Head of Ops/Chief of Staff or senior operator
• Strong leadership; manage small operational teams
• Highly organized; multi-workstream prioritization
• Hands-on: dashboards, reports, SOPs, tooling
• Notion, HubSpot, Slack/Zapier; AI interest; English+French
