Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care, Hormone Therapy) in-clinic

📋 Description

• Conduct routine physical exams and wellness visits.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans per evidence and goals.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Manage med refills and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide in-clinic primary care and hormone therapy; follow-up care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Arizona NP license with prescriptive authority.
• Board-certified in FNP or AGNP or similar.
• Experience in primary care (preferred).
• Experience with hormone therapy, HRT, men's/women's health, or functional medicine.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with adult/geriatric patients.
• Comfortable working independently in a smaller clinic.
