📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for key product experiences across web and mobile
• Define user journeys, flows, interaction models, and UI specs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI; support design system evolution
• Design landing pages to communicate Alohi’s value and drive conversion
• Validate ideas via prototyping and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers with clear specs and assets

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio with high craft UI and solid UX thinking
• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences
• Ability to simplify workflows and complex tasks
• Strong communication to explain and defend decisions
• High ownership mindset in fast-moving environments
• Fluent in English
