📋 Description
- Develop and execute Central Europe Medical Affairs plan aligned with global strategy.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Medical Affairs team.
- Lead pre-launch medical readiness, disease education, and KOL engagement.
- Design and deliver medical education activities, advisory boards, and speaker programs.
- Drive operational excellence with KPIs, reporting, and compliant documentation.
- Identify and execute medical research initiatives with Global Clinical and R&D.
🎯 Requirements
- MD, PharmD, or PhD required.
- 7-9 years in Biotech/Pharma Medical Affairs with increasing responsibilities.
- Pre- and post-launch rare diseases and orphan conditions experience.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- Lead by example; attract talent; build partnerships and a collaborative culture.
- Regular travel (25-50%) for KOLs, conferences, and meetings.
