📋 Description

• Develop and execute Central Europe Medical Affairs plan aligned with global strategy.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Medical Affairs team.
• Lead pre-launch medical readiness, disease education, and KOL engagement.
• Design and deliver medical education activities, advisory boards, and speaker programs.
• Drive operational excellence with KPIs, reporting, and compliant documentation.
• Identify and execute medical research initiatives with Global Clinical and R&D.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PharmD, or PhD required.
• 7-9 years in Biotech/Pharma Medical Affairs with increasing responsibilities.
• Pre- and post-launch rare diseases and orphan conditions experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Lead by example; attract talent; build partnerships and a collaborative culture.
• Regular travel (25-50%) for KOLs, conferences, and meetings.
