🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in real estate.
• Proven relationships with Indonesian property developers and senior decision-makers.
• Strong sales and business development experience with exec stakeholders.
• Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience.
• Highly commercial with a track record of revenue targets.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments.
