📋 Description
- Handle pre- and post-transaction queries professionally.
- Resolve multi-channel queries; escalate to Sales when needed.
- Upsell opportunities using product knowledge with Sales.
- Encourage use of digital tools and explain benefits.
- Hybrid work model; onsite 2-3 days/week, 9am-6pm.
- Collect data and documents from clients; support processing.
🎯 Requirements
- Client-facing experience with professional phone manner.
- High-volume service delivery experience; able to work under pressure.
- MS Office proficiency; familiarity with data-entry systems.
- Ability to handle objections and complaints.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Identify efficiency improvements and suggest changes.
