• Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap
• Design end-to-end workflows, data models, and governance
• Drive automation for license harvesting, renewals, and audits
• Lead ITSM, HRSD, and Integration Hub capabilities
• Architect AI/Automation features (Now Assist, NASK)
• Ensure scalable, reliable platform aligned to business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• CMDB, ITSM plus ITOM/HRSD/Integration Hub/Prompt Engineering
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, event-driven workflows, CI/CD
• Cloud infra: AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux/Windows, containers, networking
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to engineers and leadership
• CIS, CAD, CSDM certifications required; ArchX/CTA a plus
