📋 Description

• Support regulatory and contractual issues for Too Good To Go.
• Draft and negotiate vendor contracts and MSAs; scale legal support.
• Support Key Account partner contract negotiations.
• Build cross-department relationships and provide day-to-day legal advice.
• Review and negotiate SaaS/PaaS, leases, MSAs, NDAs, etc.
• Draft and maintain legal templates (vendor contracts, consent forms, consulting agreements).
• Create scalable legal and compliance processes.
• Support expansion to new countries and continents.
