📋 Description
- Partner independent businesses with the app via proactive outreach.
- Onboard new partners, educate them on using the app; set up schedule.
- Account management for the first 28 days after stores go live.
- Using Salesforce to track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Hit weekly activity and monthly store signing targets.
🎯 Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience (SDR, retail, hospitality)
- Excellent communication — confident on phone and face-to-face
- Self-motivated and resilient — can take feedback and run with it
- Organised with strong attention to detail in CRM and follow-up
- Interest in sustainability and hospitality is a plus
