📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care quality and efficiency.
• Analyze provider performance data and offer actionable VBC improvement recommendations.
• Serve as VBC expert and provide direct support to providers.
• Leverage clinical expertise to drive provider conversations and opportunities.
• Educate providers on VBC models, payer expectations, and performance benchmarks.
• Develop and present regular performance reports highlighting trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted licensure.
• Strong ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics; knowledge of VBC models.
• 3-5 years in clinical care, healthcare consulting, or provider performance improvement.
• Familiarity with VBC metrics (quality, cost savings, outcomes) and payer expectations (HEDIS, MIPS, ACOs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient with EHRs, performance dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
