📋 Description
- Engage with customers primarily through inbound requests
- Onboard new customers: validate needs, timelines, risks
- Drive adoption via hands-on demonstrations and technical workshops
- Periodically review Kong implementations through health checks
- Understand and document the customer’s use case, architecture, and roadmap
- Build relationships as trusted technical advisor
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on API gateway/API integrations in customer environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical issues
- Practical working knowledge of APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Storytelling with data to articulate business value from Kong products
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to represent the voice of the customer
