📋 Description

• Primary role is to splice fiber optic cables.
• Splice in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Read, create, and maintain splicing schematics.
• Take and maintain accurate field notes.
• Serve as the on-site contact during faults.
• Ensure installs meet company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Familiar with OTDR, Power Meter, VFL.
• Insertion loss testing experience.
• GPON networks experience advantageous.
• CFOT/CPCT training preferred.
• Strong documentation and English skills.
