  • Leading the client service team to align with client objectives and growth.

  • Develop client strategies leveraging MAP's CRM, activation, and campaigns.
  • Translate objectives into project scopes, plans, and budgets with delivery quality.
  • Identify and drive revenue growth via up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Champion MAP's capabilities as a strategic partner and thought leader.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years leading client leadership in digital marketing/agency.
  • Mentoring client service teams and executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record growing revenue via strategic account development.
  • Deep commercial understanding of data, tech projects, and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing IT projects in CRM, web, and marketing automation.
  • Ideally experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
