- Leading the client service team to align with client objectives and growth.

- Translate objectives into project scopes, plans, and budgets with delivery quality.
- Identify and drive revenue growth via up-selling and cross-selling.
- Champion MAP's capabilities as a strategic partner and thought leader.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years leading client leadership in digital marketing/agency.
- Mentoring client service teams and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record growing revenue via strategic account development.
- Deep commercial understanding of data, tech projects, and marketing automation.
- Experience managing IT projects in CRM, web, and marketing automation.
- Ideally experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
