📋 Description
- Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of enterprise AP customers.
- Build trusted relationships with AP leadership and exec sponsors.
- Lead quarterly executive reviews with ROI and adoption metrics.
- Define and execute the AP automation roadmap aligned with finance strategy.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure global AP adoption.
- Bridge CVM, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 6–8 years in CS, CVM, Consulting, PM, or Finance Transformation.
- Experience with enterprise customers in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or finance automation.
- Strong understanding of AP, P2P, Expense Management, or Finance Ops.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and presenting to senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel as required.
