📋 Description
- Execute and maintain QA framework across voice and digital channels.
- Apply quality standards, scoring models, and evaluation criteria.
- Support QA governance via calibration, scoring alignment, and audits.
- Align QA with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
- Monitor customer interactions using defined sampling methodologies.
- Evaluate interactions against quality standards and benchmarks.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in QA, CX, or Service Operations (Banking/Fintech preferred)
- Strong knowledge of banking/fintech regulatory compliance
- Strong QA methodologies and calibration practices
- Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Zoho preferred)
