📋 Description

  • Execute and maintain QA framework across voice and digital channels.
  • Apply quality standards, scoring models, and evaluation criteria.
  • Support QA governance via calibration, scoring alignment, and audits.
  • Align QA with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
  • Monitor customer interactions using defined sampling methodologies.
  • Evaluate interactions against quality standards and benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in QA, CX, or Service Operations (Banking/Fintech preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of banking/fintech regulatory compliance
  • Strong QA methodologies and calibration practices
  • Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Zoho preferred)
