📋 Description
- Primary Salesforce admin; manage user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows
- Develop and deploy new Salesforce processes; maintain CRM
- Manage data feeds and integrations; coordinate development requests
- Train users and grow Salesforce skill set across the org
- Collaborate with leaders, SMEs to implement processes and change management
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years Salesforce administration experience
- ADM201/ADM211 or equivalent cert; Sales/Service Cloud certs preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, formulas, workflows, data management
- Ability to design processes, train users, and drive adoption
