Finance Payroll Associate at Alu

📋 Description
- End-to-end monthly payroll processing across ALU entities
- Maintain payroll data for hires, exits, changes, allowances, deductions
- Run monthly payroll and submit for reviews
- Coordinate with People & Culture on lifecycle changes affecting payroll
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions, taxes, and local regulations
- Prepare payroll workings for GL accounting and monthly reports
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin
- 1-3 years' experience in payroll or finance operations
- Experience with ERP/payroll software such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
- Understanding of tax, social security, and labour regulations (Rwanda/Mauritius)
- Strong numerical, analytical skills and attention to detail
