• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the IBT program aligned with strategy.
• Lead and develop faculty delivering teaching, learning and assessment.
• Design and continuously improve curriculum with QA input.
• Implement evidence-based teaching practices aligned with the learning strategy.
• Support student experience and safeguarding; collaborate with support teams.
• Participate in academic governance and program quality processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related subjects.
• 5+ years in leadership development or experiential education in higher education.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, development, and quality assurance in higher education.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies, such as Canvas.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
