📋 Description

• Conduct due diligence on prospective equity investments and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to evaluate assets across industries.
• Prepare valuation, scenario, and performance analyses to support underwriting.
• Partner with origination to identify, evaluate, and close target counterparties.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across origination, underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees encouraged
• 5+ years in finance, credit, law, or advisory roles with exposure to complex assets
• Strong financial analysis, advanced Excel modeling, and asset valuation
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to own independent workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
