📋 Description
- Triage tickets, resolve issues, and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Provide in-person and remote support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
- Image, provision, and recover devices; maintain asset tags and inventory.
- Contribute to knowledge base; write onboarding checklists.
- Rotate across Help Desk, Retail Ops, Client Engineering, IT Ops.
- Learn device lifecycle, store systems, MDM, and packaging.
🎯 Requirements
- Education required.
- Hands-on IT ops across help desk, retail ops, client eng and IT.
- Must be available June 8–July 31; 40 hrs/week in Beverly Hills.
- Able to work across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Familiar with MDM, device imaging, provisioning, packaging.
- Asset inventory, store systems, and runbook development.
