• Own contract lifecycle process.
• Manage contracts lifecycle, incl MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, CS to meet customer needs.
• Improve contract workflow efficiency.
• Advise on GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act.
• Lead regulatory and compliance initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, incl 6+ in-house.
• J.D. or equivalent; active US state bar.
• Experience negotiating with customers in SaaS.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones; flexible hours.
• Thrives in a high-growth startup; highly organized.
