• 1+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., FDE, TPM, or consulting SWE).
• Strong programming skills and production-ready software experience.
• High agency with the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex enterprises.
• A people-facing disposition; enjoy building relationships beyond coding.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to ensure deployments succeed.
• Strong communication to conduct discovery and convey technical concepts.
