📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting across all roles, from sourcing to close
• Build and refine interview process to identify top talent quickly
• Create a best-in-class candidate experience for Forge interactions
• Manage and optimize sourcing channels: referrals, agencies, outbound campaigns
• Run recruiting events and spread the Forge brand to attract top talent
• Maintain and report on recruiting funnel metrics with rigor
• Continuously improve recruiting systems and grow the talent team
