Financial Accountant at Kota

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day financial ops, month-end close, and reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy; ensure timely close
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations; investigate variances
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/AITI)
• 2–4+ years’ experience in accounting, audit, or similar role
• Fintech/startup or regulated env experience a plus
• Good technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
