• Lead and rapidly build end-to-end features for Loopio’s web platform
• Proactively prevent bugs and improve software quality
• Interact with customers to craft user-centric experiences

• Lead technical design discussions and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Backend/API experience PHP, Python, or Java
• Frontend development with React and JavaScript
• Strong database design and MySQL proficiency
• Proficient in RESTful APIs design and usage
• Mentorship via coaching, design reviews, and code reviews
• Exposure to AI tech (LLMs, embeddings, NLP) is valuable
• Comfortable leading technical design discussions and decisions
